EVA, PVB and PU Laminations with Acoustic Solutions
At our production facility, glass is laminated on a dedicated lamination line using EVA, PVB and PU interlayers according to the specific requirements of each application.
Acoustic glazing solutions can be manufactured using acoustic PVB interlayers, enabling the sound insulation performance (Rw) of the glass assembly to be optimised for project-specific requirements.
ANSI and CPSC Certified Glass for International Projects
Our ANSI-certified glass products are suitable for international projects and deliveries.
ANSI certification demonstrates compliance with the requirements of the American ANSI Z97.1 safety glazing standard. When required, products can also be tested and certified in accordance with the Federal CPSC 16 CFR 1201 standard governing impact and breakage performance for safety glazing materials in the United States.
PDLC Smart Glass
PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) smart glass is also available.
When electrically activated, the liquid crystal layer becomes transparent. When the power is switched off, the glass remains light-transmitting while providing visual privacy through opacity.
The PDLC element is laminated between two panes of glass, and the complete assembly can be manufactured to meet applicable safety glazing requirements.
