Heated, Coated and Specially Laminated Glass Solutions
Glass structures can be manufactured as heated, coated or specially laminated assemblies according to the technical requirements of each application.
Safety Glass to International Standards
Glass structures are designed to comply with applicable product standards, including EN 12150 (toughened safety glass), EN 14449 (laminated glass) and impact resistance classifications according to EN 12600 and EN 356.
Tambest’s toughened safety glass has been tested in accordance with ISO 614 for demanding marine industry applications.
Laminated Glass Structures for Marine Applications
SentryGlas® Laminated Glass Structures
In addition to toughened safety glass, Tambest is a certified processor of SentryGlas® laminates.
The ionoplast interlayer used in SentryGlas® laminates is significantly stiffer and stronger than conventional PVB interlayers, providing enhanced load-bearing capacity and maintaining the integrity of the glass assembly even in the event of breakage.
As a result, both the rigidity and safety performance of the structure are significantly improved.
EVA, PVB and PU Laminated Glass Structures
Our product range also includes laminated glass structures manufactured with EVA, PVB and PU interlayers.
The laminate construction, interlayer type and glass make-up are optimised according to the mechanical, safety and environmental requirements of each application.
