Tambest blast-resistant glass is engineered to provide protection in environments where explosion pressure waves and fragmentation hazards must be considered in accordance with the SFS-EN 13541:2012 standard. The glazing structure is designed to absorb and withstand blast shock waves in a controlled manner.
